A day in Hong Kong.

The CHES Teacher's Team is heading home! It's Sunday morning and we are at the airport right now after a very full Saturday in Hong Kong. I have several friends who live in Hong Kong, so a small group of us met up with my friends for brunch at Tim Ho Wan Restaurant, a very famous Dim-Sum restaurant in Hong Kong. In the afternoon Michelle, Brittany, Dave, Mark, and I took a 2.5 hour walking tour of the Tsim Sha Tsui area of Hong Kong, rode the ferry from Kowloon over to Hong Kong Island, and walked around Hong Kong Island for a while. We then politely and assertively flagged down a 5-seater taxi and went up to Victoria's Peak, where we watched the sun setting over the sea and mountains, gazed out over the beautiful HK city skyline lit up at night (the photos don't do it justice!), and had a blast taking fun photos in Hong Kong's "Trick Eye Museum." A very full day, but so much fun spending it with friends! ~April McDonald
